New Customers

If you are a new customer who has placed an order with us previously and wish to view the collections or place a new order online, you need to Register first, we can then create your own unique login in details and send it to you.

If you are new to NOUR and have not placed order with us before but wish to view the collections or need more info, please either contact us directly on 0208 905 2070/90 or email us at info@nourlondon.com

Alternatively you can complete the Registration form online providing as much info as possible, we endeavour to get back to you asap.

 

How to Order

Please note in order to be able to place orders online, you must be registered, if you are new to this site please use the link Register above, once submitted you should receive a reply within 24hrs or less, if not please contact us.

Please use your login details to login and place your order, once completed you will receive your order confirmation to your mailbox within a few minutes.

We can also accept orders by way of emails and telephone.

If you have account facility with us, your order will be processed within 24hrs and you will be notified when shipped.

Quantity:

Minimum quantity 2 of each item

 

For items with a unit value over £20 - there is no minimum quantity.

Packaging

All our item come with complimentary branded organza pouches, we do also offer excellent quality gift boxes (available in 3 sizes) and paper bags (available in 2 sizes).

Exclusivity

When you purchase NOUR Jewellery you will be given an exclusive 5-mile radius around your shop, that is your area. We will not sell to any other retailers within your area. This is our promise to you. In return, all we ask is that you place regular orders totalling no less than £3000 annually. Should your account be dormant for more than 12 months, you risk losing your area to another retailer.

 

CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY

All Nour products are designed to stay beautiful for many years with reasonable care. Of course, you must remember that some items are more delicate than others.

 

 

Wearing your jewellery

We suggest you remove your jewellery during strenuous work or exercise as excess perspiration contains salts that may cause jewellery to tarnish and also when working with household cleaning materials. Cleaning solvents can damage both soft gemstones and metal fittings.

Remove rings before you apply hand or body creams.

Put your jewellery on after your make-up, perfume and hairspray – think of it as your crowning glory.

Remove all jewellery before having your hair styled. Chemicals used in colouring and perming agents can damage base metals and crystals.

Please do not bathe or shower wearing your jewellery. Remove jewellery before entering a chlorinated pool or hot tub. Chlorine, especially at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolour your jewellery.

 

 

Storing your jewellery

When removing necklaces, hold them at one end and gently wipe oils and dust from them, using a jeweller's cloth or other smooth, soft close-woven cloth. And, gently remove any kinks from chains and check them for damage, refasten the clasps to help prevent knots and kinks.

If possible, keep jewellery items in separate compartments or bags. Pieces rubbing together may cause scratches on crystals or polished metal surfaces. When travelling or carrying your jewellery around use soft bags to protect it from knocks and scratches.

 

Cleaning Your Jewellery

A mild soap and water solution used with a soft brush effectively cleans most jewellery. Cleaners that contain abrasives (including toothpaste) can damage metals, gemstones & crystals.

Rubbing with a soft jewellery cloth is an effective way to restore the shine and lustre of your jewellery.

Don't use hard objects like toothpicks to clean around pronged settings - doing so may loosen the stone fixings.

You may gently clean your jewellery with cotton buds.

Don't soak pearl strands or other necklaces with knotted strands. Soaking weakens and stretches knotting fibres.

Towel dry or blow dry with your hair-dryer This is a critical step as it ensures no moisture is left that may cause corrosion, shortening the life of your jewellery.
